1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@proautoupholstery.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the product(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for returning the item.
  4. Once you receive the return shipping label, pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately at sales@proautoupholstery.com within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been used or altered in any way
  • Clearance or sale items (unless otherwise specified)

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside of the United States, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees, customs, and import taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
